When driving taxi I had a lady ask me to help find her husband and we went through alleys in rochester and then she said he might be a Fogarties so we drove there and some of the people were paying mr fogarty to drink minnows in ghis beer . for one dollar he would take a live minnow and put it in his beer and then swallow the minnow

A very interesting article. I found alot out about the place. One thing is that they started the Fashion Aire and then some years later they did the Golden Comb. Enjoyed it alot. Thanks Eileen
